The London Early Years Foundation (LEYF) is one of The Early Years Movement’s cornerstone partners. Their commitment to diversity, community-based learning, and long-term workforce development makes them a leader in inclusive Early Years practice. Together, we’re helping to increase the number of men in early years by training up more male early years practitioners.

LEYF operates over 40 nurseries across London and has been a champion of inclusive practice for over a decade. Through our partnership, The Early Years Movement aims to create more male early years practitioners and increase the number of men in Early Years. Candidates can access paid apprenticeships and degree pathways that combine practical experience, high-quality training, and long-term career development.
